HOA Rules and Regulations Summary

Our Homeowners Association (HOA) ensures a well maintained, harmonious community by enforcing key rules and guidelines. Below are the main regulations.

Property Use & Maintenance

  • Homes and lots are to be maintained in a clean, orderly condition.
  • New structures and modifications to existing structures require HOA approval.
  • The HOA is responsible for maintaining the roads and general landscaping of the subdivision. Individual landscaping is to be maintained by the homeowner.

Vehicles & Parking

  • Recreational vehicles (RVs), boats, and trailers are to be stored based on community guidelines.

Noise and Community Conduct

  • Excessive noise, disruptive activities, or nuisances affecting neighbors are prohibited.

Pets

  • Pets are allowed but must be leashed at all times while outside to protect the local wildlife and cattle.

Short-Term Rentals & Guests

  • Guests are to follow community rules, and homeowners are responsible for their conduct.

Water service: Water Service is provided by Maria Lake Management Group, Inc. from an on-site industrial-sized reverse osmosis treatment plant that services all the houses currently in the subdivision as well as future builds. The service is billed as a monthly flat rate.

Each pressure housing holds three RO membranes totaling 18 membranes. Each membrane contributes to the filtration and RO processing of raw well water.
