Water service: Water Service is provided by Maria Lake Management Group, Inc. from an on-site industrial-sized reverse osmosis treatment plant that services all the houses currently in the subdivision as well as future builds. The service is billed as a monthly flat rate.
20 Kilowatt, 56 panel Solar Array that provides power to our industrial sized, reverse osmosis water plant system.

Each pressure housing holds three RO membranes totaling 18 membranes. Each membrane contributes to the filtration and RO processing of raw well water.
Before reaching the RO system the water is pre filtered for Iron and other contaminant removal. The pressure tanks ensure that the waterlines stay pressurized during use to reduce strain on the pumps.
The water plant features a 10,000 gallon water storage tank making sure that water is always available.
Our system features a built in cleaning system and is maintained to the highest water quality standards.
Our system constantly measures water quality in Total Dissolved Solids and as shown in the picture, at a reading of 56.3 TDS, outperforms most bottled water in purity.
